YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a complaint for Foreclosure on the following property located in Leon County, Florida:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 22, Block “A” of FOURPOINTS ADDITION Unit #1 as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 54 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida and run thence South 89 degrees 16 minutes 22 seconds West 250.44 feet. Thence North 03 degrees 01 minutes 23 seconds East 95.13 feet; Thence South 89 degrees 19 minutes 15 seconds West 682.34 feet; Thence North 00 degrees 19 minutes 11 seconds West 191.49 feet; Thence South 89 degrees 16 minutes 52 seconds West 934.77 feet along the centerline of a 40.00 foot right-of-way easement known as Americana Street to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning continue South 89 degrees 16 minutes 52 seconds West along said centerline of Americana Street a distance of 46.30 feet; Thence North 19 degrees 35 minutes 56 seconds West 103.53 feet; Thence North 89 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 45.75 feet; Thence South 19 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East 103.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The Southerly 20.00 feet thereof being subject to a 40.00 foot easement for the purpose of ingress, egress and utilities.

From Said Point of Beginning continue South 89 degrees 16 minutes 52 seconds West along said centerline of Americana Street a distance of 44.00 feet; thence North 19 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West 103.67 feet. Thence North 89 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 54.50 feet; Thence South 14 degrees 17 minutes 11 seconds East 100.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The Southerly 20.00 feet thereof being subject to a 40.00 foot easement for the purpose of ingress, egress and utilities.
